  6748.出埃及记2:10.孩子渐渐长大,妇人把他带到法老的女儿那里,就作了她的儿子。她给孩子起名叫摩西,说,因我把他从水里拉出来。
  “孩子渐渐长大”表增长是由良善带来的。“妇人把他带到法老的女儿那里”表对记忆知识的一种情感。“就作了她的儿子”表这情感由此拥有最初真理,或说这时,最初真理依附于这情感。“她给孩子起名叫摩西”表那时状态的性质。“说,因我把他从水里拉出来”表从虚假中释放出来。

6748. Verse 10. And the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh's daughter, and he was to her as a son. And she called his name Moses, and said, Because I drew him out of the waters. "And the child grew," signifies that there was increase from good; "and she brought him to Pharaoh's daughter," signifies the affection of memory-knowledges; "and he was to her as a son," signifies that from this it had the first truths; "and she called his name Moses," signifies the quality of the state then; "and said, Because I drew him out of the waters," signifies deliverance from falsities.

'And the child grew' means that an increase was brought about by good. 'And she brought him to Pharaoh's daughter' means an affection for factual knowledge. 'And he was a son to her' means that then first truths were attached to that affection. 'And she called his name Moses' means the essential nature of the state then. 'And said, Because I drew him out of the water' means a deliverance from falsities.
