4960. Around that mountain from one end to the other, people, that is to say spirits, are seen. They are looking downward and by this ruling all the things that are roundabout. These who are positioned in a row in this way, who number up to the hundreds, are called watchmen and each one of them has his own role.
4960. There appear around that mountain, from one border to the other, men, or spirits, who look downwards, and by this means rule all things that are around. They who are thus placed in succession, and who number as many as hundreds, are called spies; and everyone of them has his function.
