1129、本章末尾（1265-1272节）将论述那些灭亡的大洪水之前的人。
创世记10
1.这些是从挪亚的儿子出生的，就是闪、含、雅弗；洪水以后，他们都生了儿子。
2.雅弗的儿子是歌篾、玛各、玛代、雅完、土巴、米设、提拉。
3.歌篾的儿子是亚实基拿、利法、陀迦玛。
4.雅完的儿子是以利沙、他施、基提、多单。
5.各族的海岛就从这些人散布在他们的陆地上，各随各的舌头、宗族、民族。
6.含的儿子是古实、麦西、弗、迦南。
7.古实的儿子是西巴、哈腓拉、撒弗他、拉玛、撒弗提迦。拉玛的儿子是示巴、底但。
8.古实又生宁录。他开始成为地上的勇士。
9.他在耶和华面前勇于猎取；所以有话说，像宁录在耶和华面前勇于猎取。
10.他国的起头是巴别、以力、亚甲、甲尼，都在示拿地。
11.亚述从那地出来，建造尼尼微、利河伯城、迦拉，
12.和尼尼微与迦拉之间的利鲜；这就是那大城。
13.麦西生路低人、亚拿米人、利哈比人、拿弗土希人、
14.帕斯鲁细人、迦斯路希人（从他们出来的有非利士人）、迦斐托人。
15.迦南生长子西顿，又生赫
16.和耶布斯人、亚摩利人、革迦撒人、
17.希未人、亚基人、西尼人、
18.亚瓦底人、洗玛利人、哈马人。后来迦南的宗族分散了。
19.迦南的边界是从西顿伸向基拉耳，直到迦萨；又伸向所多玛、蛾摩拉、押玛、洗扁，直到拉沙。
20.这些是含的儿子，各随他们的宗族、舌头、陆地、民族。
21.闪也生了儿子；他是希伯众子之父；是雅弗的哥哥。
22.闪的儿子是以拦、亚述、亚法撒、路德、亚兰。
23.亚兰的儿子是乌斯、户勒、基帖、玛施。
24.亚法撒生沙拉；沙拉生希伯。
25.希伯生了两个儿子；一个名叫法勒，因为在他的日子，地分裂了；他的兄弟名叫约坍。

27.哈多兰、乌萨、德拉、
28.俄巴路、亚比玛利、示巴、

1129. Some account of the antediluvians who perished follows at the end of this chapter. CHAPTER 10. 1. And these are the nativities of the sons of Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood. 2. The sons of Japheth: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras. 3. And the sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah. 4. And the sons of Javan: Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim. 5. From these were spread abroad the isles of the nations in their lands, everyone according to his tongue, according to their families, as to their nations. 6. And the sons of Ham: Cush, and Mizraim, and Put, and Canaan. 7. And the sons of Cush: Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabteca. And the sons of Raamah: Sheba, and Dedan. 8. And Cush begat Nimrod. He began to be a mighty one in the earth. 9. He was mighty in hunting before Jehovah; wherefore it was said, As Nimrod, mighty in hunting before Jehovah. 10. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. 11. Out of that land went forth Asshur, and built Nineveh, and the city of Rehoboth, and Calah. 12. And Resen, between Nineveh and Calah; this is that great city. 13. And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim. 14. And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, from whom went forth the Philistines, and Caphtorim. 15. And Canaan begat Zidon, his firstborn, and Heth. 16. And the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite. 17. And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite. 18. And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite. And afterwards were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad. 19. And the border of the Canaanites was from Zidon, in coming to Gerar, even unto Gaza; in coming to Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboiim, even unto Lasha. 20. These are the sons of Ham, according to their families, according to their tongues, in their lands, in their nations. 21. And there was born to Shem also; he is the father of all the sons of Eber; the elder brother of Japheth. 22. The sons of Shem: Elam, and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram. 23. And the sons of Aram: Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash. 24. And Arpachshad begat Shelah; and Shelah begat Eber. 25. And unto Eber were born two sons; the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan. 26. And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah. 27. And Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah. 28. And Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba. 29. And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan. 30. And their dwelling was from Mesha, in coming to Sephar, the mountain of the east. 31. These are the families of the sons of Noah, according to their nativities, in their nations; and from these were spread abroad the nations in the earth after the flood.

  1. And these are the generations of the sons of Noah - Shem, Ham, and Japheth; and sons were born to them after the Flood.

  18. And the Arvadites, and the Zemarites, and the Hamathites; and afterwards the families of the Canaanites were spread abroad.
