IT was said earlier that the Word has four different writing modes: 1. the mode of the earliest church, which resembled the manner of writing in Genesis from its first chapter up to the present one, 2. the narrative mode, which is seen in the rest of Moses and in all the other narrative books,{*13} the prophetic mode, and 4. a mode midway between the prophetic kind and people's usual way of speaking.
