Spiritual Experiences (Odhner and Nemitz translation 1998) 2253

2253. But the activity of life and thought when they are souls and spirits still remains, the same as it had been in bodily life, and they are quite the same people almost without any difference, except that their faculties are more perfect, because much more free for the reasons just stated-a fact that I observed again today. 1748, 8 June.

Spiritual Experiences (Buss translation 1902) 2253

2253. But still remains the same activity of life and thought, when souls and spirits, as belonged to them in the life of the body. They are entirely similar to themselves, with no difference scarcely, only that their faculties are more perfect, because much freer, from causes now stated. This also I observed today. - 1748, Sept. 8.)

Experientiae Spirituales 2253 (original Latin 1748-1764)

1748, 8 Junius. 2
