5048. It was said that those who descended into hell in this whirlpool are nonetheless arranged there in such a way that no one can harm another without incurring a severe punishment, and that continues to the point that they cease harming another. This results from this arranging done by the Lord.
5048. It was said that those who descended by that whirlpool into hell, are yet so regulated that no one can treat another with violence without incurring grievous punishment; and this even until he desists. This happens through their arrangement by the Lord.
5048. Dictum, quod qui descenderunt per voraginem illam in infernum, quod ibi usque ita ordinentur, ut nullus possit violare alterum, nisi incurrat in punitionem gravem, et hoc usque dum desistat, hoc fit per ordinationem illam a Domino.
