[NCE]1612. Get up; walk through the land, means in order to see the whole kingdom of heaven, as can be seen from the symbolism of land as the kingdom of heaven, dealt with several times before [搂搂1, 115, 1413, 1437, 1585].
On the literal level, getting up and walking through the land is scouting it out to see what it is like. So on an inner level, where land (that is, the land of Canaan) symbolizes God's kingdom in the heavens (or heaven) and God's kingdom on earth (or the church), it means having a thorough view. It also means perceiving.

Potts(1905-1910) 1612

1612. Arise, walk through the land. That this signifies that He should survey the heavenly kingdom, is evident from the signification of "the land," as being the heavenly kingdom (spoken of several times before). To "arise and walk through the land," in the sense of the letter, is to explore and see what it is; in the spiritual sense, therefore, in which by "the land," that is, the land of Canaan, is signified the kingdom of God in the heavens, or heaven, and the kingdom of God on the earth, or the church, it signifies to survey, and also to perceive.

Elliott(1983-1999) 1612

1612. That 'arise, walk through the land' means in order that He might survey the heavenly kingdom is clear from the meaning of 'land' as the heavenly kingdom, dealt with frequently already. In the sense of the letter 'arising and walking through the land' is discovering and seeing the nature of it, and therefore in the internal sense, in which 'the land' or the land of Canaan means the kingdom of God in the heavens, which is heaven, and the kingdom of God on earth, which is the Church, surveying and also perceiving is meant.
