1613. I was as clearly aware of the working of the inward heaven as one is clearly conscious of something through the sense of touch. And this lasted for quite a long time. There were four different workings, the first being in the brain, about the left temple. This was their general working in relation to the organs pertaining to reason.
1613. I perceived the operation of the interior heaven as manifestly as anything is perceived by the sense of touch, and that too for a considerable length of time. The operation was fourfold, first in the cerebrum in the region of the left temple, which is their common operation in respect to the organs of the reason.
