5597. When those who are heavenly hear truths from others, they then see these truths. Likewise too, when they hear rational concepts, they see them outside themselves, thus coming from others, not within themselves, as do those who are spiritual. It is also due to this that they know that they flow in from others and that if they are speaking falsehoods they do not take them in or believe. They are also distinguished from the spiritual by this.
