That this signifies that it arranges each and all things in the natural, is evident from the signification of "being set for lord," as being to arrange (as above, n. 5903, 5904); and from the signification of "all Egypt," as being the memory-knowledges in the natural, thus each and all things therein, for the natural consists of memory-knowledges. (That "Egypt" is memory-knowledge has been shown many times.)
