1363. That this is the reality, I have been taught by actual experience. For I was shown the working of those spirits on my face who control the forehead muscles, and of those who control the muscles of the cheeks, then of the chin and the neck. And yet all work on the face, or endeavor to do so, at the same time and in their own way, characteristic of the action of the particular muscles.
1363. That such is the case I have learned from living experience; for I have been shown how those who govern the muscles of the forehead, also how those who govern the muscles of the cheeks, and of the chin and the neck, act upon the face. Nevertheless, they all act together, or endeavor to act together, upon the face, each in his own way in accordance with the action of the muscles.
1363. Quod ita se res habeat ab experientia viva edoctus sum, nam mihi ostensum, quomodo agunt in faciem ii, qui frontis musculos regunt, et quomodo ii qui genarum, tum menti et cervicis, et tamen omnes simul agunt, seu conantur agere, in faciem, suoque modo, secundum actionem musculorum.
