1503. They were completely unaware that there is an inner person [in us], and of what it is, and this throughout the whole world. So finally, there would have been no inward person on earth.

Spiritual Experiences (Buss translation 1902) 1503

1503. That there is an interior man, and what he is, would have been entirely unknown, and would [still] be unknown throughout the whole earth; thus, at length, there would not be an interior man on the earth.
