1666. About what is at the left and at the right lobe of the brain
I was granted to learn by experience that everything in the left lobe of the brain interacts with the right side parts in the body. For spirits were working into the left side of my brain and caused a sensation to be channeled to my right nostril, and to the palm of my right hand. At the same time, they were talking about this subject, saying that this was the mode of the channeling.
1666. CONCERNING THE THINGS SITUATED ON THE LEFT AND ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BRAIN.
That the contents of the left side of the brain correspond to the right portions of the body, it was given me to know by experience; for spirits acted upon the left side of the brain, and a sensation was derived thence into the right nostril and into the palm of the right hand, and it was also said that such was the derivation.
