1833. Likewise [it is true] that in every whole, and among universal entities, as well as among their least components, some kind of love reigns, due to which they consider themselves as nothing and exist for the sake of others. This is the sacred law in every whole, as it is in kingdoms;

In like manner [it is to be observed] that in all universals, and between universals, and thus between their singulars, there reigns a species of love, by reason of which they esteem themselves of no account, but are for the sake of others, which is a sacred law in all universals, as also in [all] kingdoms.
1833. Similiter quod in omnibus universis, et inter universa, sic inter singularia eorum regnat species amoris, quod se pro nihilo aestiment, et sint propter alios, quae est lex sancta in omnibus universis, tum in regnis.
