2163. All and the least things existing in the heavens and on earth the Lord PROVIDES, SEES, IS AWARE OF, CONTROLS
Because it is the Truth that the Lord controls, consequently foresees and provides, therefore sees and is aware of, all and the least things, I was in a conversation with heavenly beings as to how these matters stand, since when the mind is thinking about them, so many points come up that introduce doubts.
2163. THAT THE LORD FORESEES [PROVIDES], SEES, PERCEIVES, AND RULES EACH AND EVERY THING THAT EXIST IN HEAVEN AND EARTH.
(Inasmuch as it is a truth that the Lord rules, hence provides, therefore sees and perceives each and every thing, I have held converse with the celestials as to how the matter was, since so many things transpire to implant doubts, when the mind reflects about these things.
2163. Quod omnia et singula, quae in coelis et terris existunt, Dominus PROVIDEAT, VIDEAT, PERCIPIAT, REGAT
Quia Veritas est, quod Dominus omnia et singula regat, proinde praevideat et provideat, proinde videat et percipiat, cum coelestibus in loquela fui, quomodo se illa habeant, cum tam multa incidant, cum mens de iis cogitat, quae scrupulos inferunt 1
