3276. And when I told them that here there are nearest uses, then they said about them also that they are not so good, for the reason, as I was inspired to think, that nearest uses to them are vague and do not harmonize with their nature.
3276. And when I told them that in this world [hic] are proximate uses, they then said concerning them, that they are not so valuable - [they said so] - for the reason, as was given me to think, that to them proximate uses are in obscurity, and do not accord with their nature.
3276. Cumque dicerem iis quod hic sint usus proximi, tunc de iis dicebant quoque quod non ita valeant; ex causa, ut cogitare datum, quia usus proximi iis in obscuro sint, et naturae eorum non concordant.
