4669. About heaven
It was granted me to observe that those who are above see and sense all things that are below, but that those who are below sense nothing and see nothing of the things that are above, that is, which are inward, a plain proof that higher things flow into lower ones and not the reverse, and that the Lord flows into all and the least things.
4669. CONCERNING HEAVEN.
It was granted to observe that those who are above, see and perceive all things which are below, but that those who are below perceive and see nothing of those things which are above, that is, which are interior - a manifest proof that superiors inflow into inferiors, and not the other way about; and that the Lord inflows into all things and into every particular thing.
4669. De coelo
Datum est observare, quod illi qui supra sunt videant et percipiant omnia quae infra, at quod illi qui infra sunt nihil percipiant et videant illa quae supra sunt, hoc est, quae interiora; manifestum indicium quod influant superiora in inferiora et non vicissim, et quod Dominus in omnia et singula.
