《天堂和地狱》（Heaven and Hell）是以马内利•史威登堡（Emanuel Swedenborg，1688-1772年）于1758年出版的五部著作之一，原文是拉丁文，书名较长，中译为《见闻录：天堂及其奇观和地狱》。本中译本主要参照英文版Ager和Harley版翻译（一些地方也参阅NCE（New Century Edition）版本的内容）。为兼顾速读和研阅的不同用途，本中译本分为“便携本”和“简释本”两个版本：“便携本”为节省篇幅，不包含注释的内容；“简释本”则包含原著的注释（主要是摘引《属天的奥秘》一书中的相关内容）和新世纪英文版（NCE）英译者的注释。注释以“｛注1｝，｛注2｝，…”表示，同一个地方若有多个注释，则按照原著、英译注、中译注的顺序排列，且在英译注和中译注前分别冠以【英】和【中】区分（如【英1】表示新世纪版英译者的第一条注释。新世纪版英译者注释共319条，本中文版翻译了其中大多数的注释，少数涉及到拉丁文与英文语法关系以及在中文语境中不构成疑虑的注释未作翻译）。本电子文档中，为方便阅读，各节的注释紧跟在该节内容的后面。括号中的数字节号，如果前面没有指定书名或书名缩写，均指《属天的奥秘》一书中的节编号（可以访问 1688es.cn 网站查询该节内容；还可以访问 39-27.cn 网站查询圣经各节多版本的内容）。
